Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak sale periods.

How long does delivery take?

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • U.S.: 4–10 business days
  • International: Varies by destination

How can I track my order?

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express options are available at checkout for both Canada and the U.S.

What if I didn’t receive my package?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

Which items are final sale?

Products purchased during major sales or events (like Black Friday, Archive Sale, or Anniversary Sale) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I start a return or exchange?

You can easily start your return or exchange using our Returns Portal. Just enter your order number and email.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the product was defective or an error occurred with your order.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?

Email info@bamboounderwear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll fix it right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you reach out to info@bamboounderwear.com within a few hours, we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay.

Can I use multiple discounts or gift cards?

Only one discount code can be applied per order, but you can combine a gift card with a discount.

Some conditions may applied with combined discount codes.

Why was my payment declined?

Yes, bamboo fabric is naturally hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and breathable, making it ideal for sensitive skin.
